Hill York, as part of EMCOR Group, is seeking an experienced HVAC Business Development Executive to spearhead the expansion of our commercial air conditioning services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new commercial, industrial, and institutional accounts, developing relationships with key decision-makers, and selling our range of services, including service repair work, retrofit jobs, energy solutions, and controls work (BAS).
Key responsibilities include:
• Developing sales leads, qualifying prospects, and making sales calls.
• Preparing proposals and providing solutions tailored to customers' needs.
• Estimating, bidding, proposing, negotiating, and closing jobs and contracts.
