About the Role
Copeland is looking for a Commercial HVAC Account Manager to join our team as an Account Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with OEM customers, developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies, and managing product launches and phase-outs.
This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with internal teams to drive effective customer engagements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, customer engagement, and business development.
Estimated Salary: $110,000 - $170,000 per year
