The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of experience in facility maintenance, particularly in AC/HVAC systems, along with a valid driver's license and strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and time management skills. A strong ability to work independently or as part of a team is essential, with preferred qualifications including experience with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC troubleshooting and servicing.
