Key Responsibilities
The Commercial HVAC Estimator will be responsible for:
• Attending weekly department/sales meetings to review existing estimates and discuss new opportunities.
• Participating in post-mortem reviews to learn from past project estimates and improve future performance.
• Sending ITBs to vendors and subcontractors to solicit pricing information and relevant project addendums.
In addition, the successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to read and understand plans and specifications, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams, etc.) and digital take-off software (Autobid preferred).
