Bayonet Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning is a leading provider of plumbing, heating, and air conditioning services. We are seeking a highly motivated Plumbing and HVAC Operations Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our service area, including planning and executing strategies to achieve company goals and objectives. You will lead a team of technicians, ensuring their efficiency and effectiveness in providing exceptional customer service.
You will review technician performance and daily calls for accuracy, guide service technicians to elevate their level of customer service, and address and resolve customer inquiries and service-related issues promptly.
In addition, you will assist in diagnosing and resolving complex residential HVAC system issues, manage inventory to ensure ready availability of parts and equipment, and uphold all safety standards.
The ideal candidate will have a thorough knowledge of residential HVAC systems, exceptional customer service and communication skills, and proficiency in inventory management. A salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, medical insurance, dental, vision, accident, short-term disability, critical illness, and hospitalization insurance, 401K, company-paid life insurance and short-term disability insurance, company vehicle with gas card, company cell phone, and iPad are part of the compensation package.
