Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Support Associate to join our team. As a Customer Support Associate, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and sales, with experience in the HVAC/R industry preferred. Key responsibilities include:
• Greeting customers and answering phones promptly and courteously
• Providing professional and knowledgeable assistance to customers through identifying and fulfilling their product requests and answering technical questions
• Executing customer orders and requests in a timely manner via phone, email, or directly at the showroom counter
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
• Basic knowledge of heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination for data input
