We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
• *Responsibilities:*
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, accurately documenting and reporting findings in a timely manner.
• Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets, track progress, and adjust approaches as needed.
• Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met, and delivering exceptional service.
• Collaborate with other team members to drive sales growth, enhance profit margins, and maintain competitive advantage.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales efforts.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing concerns, and resolving issues promptly.
• Requirements:**
• Five (5) years of experience in HVAC, Mechanical, or related sales, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
