Job Title: Inside Sales Representative
CIS Industries LLC is hiring an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Nashville, Tennessee. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems, control systems, and electrical systems. The successful candidate will advise customers on equipment and materials needed for various projects, manage multiple customer accounts, and ensure all required paperwork is accurately completed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expert advice to customers on HVAC equipment and materials.
• Manage multiple customer accounts daily, including coordinating with the purchasing department.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Ensure all administrative and accounting related procedures are strictly observed.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 10+ years of experience in the HVAC industry.
