Job Description:
As a Maintenance Technician at Morgan Properties, you will play a vital role in maintaining the quality and comfort of our apartment communities. Your primary responsibilities will include performing routine maintenance tasks, responding to resident requests, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify potential problems and ensure compliance with company standards and applicable laws.
• Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests and follow up with residents and office staff on work status.
Requirements:
• A valid driver's license, good driving record, personal vehicle, and auto insurance.
• Lived within a 30-minute commute of the property.
• Stellar communication and customer service skills.
• One or more years of experience in all facets of apartment maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and small appliance repair.
Estimated Salary Range:
$42,400 - $49,760 per year (based on 40 hours/week), depending on location and experience.
