Job Title: Senior HVAC Operations Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior HVAC Operations Manager to join our team at Tudi Mechanical Systems. As a key member of our Commercial Service team, you will be responsible for driving business success by leading and managing department activities to achieve revenue goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage department activities to achieve revenue goals and objectives while maintaining a strong customer focus
• Lead, motivate and optimize the service team to provide a superior customer experience
• Execute established business plans to meet and exceed revenue goals
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with all departments and Department Managers to maintain customer satisfaction and continually monitor performance to develop strategy for optimizing service fulfillment and overall customer experience.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of HVAC industry experience, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and demonstrated proficiency with tasking and time management.
