Compensation
The estimated annual salary for this position is between $50,000 and $70,000, depending on experience, plus opportunities for bonuses and career advancement.
Job Responsibilities
As a Lead HVAC Installer, you will lead a team of installation professionals, deliver exceptional HVAC services, and work on various projects. You will also have the opportunity to develop leadership skills and contribute to the company's success.
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience as a lead HVAC installer, relevant certifications, and experience with Forced Air installation are required. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
