Who we are: Sundream HVAC mechanical services business help commercial clients maintain their properties, with a focus on HVAC preventative and reactive maintenance. We have a broad reach of clients across the state of Florida and are looking to expand our offerings with an experienced air test and balance technician.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform air and hydronic balancing of HVAC systems.
• Conduct testing and analysis to verify system performance.
• Interpret and follow technical specifications, blueprints, and project plans.
• Document findings and prepare detailed reports.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other team members to resolve issues and optimize system performance.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and safety regulations.
• Provide recommendations for system improvements and upgrades.
• Maintain and calibrate testing equipment.
Qualifications:
• AABC, NEBB, or TABB certified.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and controls.
• Proficient in the use of testing instruments such as manometers, anemometers, flow hoods, and balancing tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Mature and responsible.
