We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $100,000+, depending on experience, with opportunities for advancement and unlimited earning potential.

Key Responsibilities
• Install, maintain, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC equipment
• Inspect and diagnose issues with heating and cooling systems
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and customer interactions
Required Skills and Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• EPA certification
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently; bilingualism is a plus
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
