Job Overview
The HVAC Project Manager plays a pivotal role in the technical and administrative oversight of various construction projects. Key Responsibilities
• Review project scope, specifications, and architectural drawings for both residential and commercial projects to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Develop and implement a cost-effective project plan and schedule, optimizing resource utilization for project buy-outs and close-outs.
• Monitor and manage project progress to guarantee adherence to timelines and budgets, addressing any significant issues with corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate closely with project superintendents to ensure efficient project execution and installer performance.
• Execute additional tasks as directed by management to support project objectives.
Required Skills
