We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial HVAC Technician Leader to join our team at Innovative Consulting & Management Services (ICMS). As a leading Professional & Technical Management Consulting firm, we offer technical professional services to Federal and State Governments, and Commercial clients.
This is a Union position through the Teamsters Local 769, working 100% onsite at a Federal Government facility. The Commercial HVAC Technician Leader will oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversight of the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Providing guidance, direction, and support to the HVAC Technician, Trades Helpers, and O&M management team to assess issues, plan and schedule maintenance, and conduct root cause analysis of issues
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable standards, policies, and procedures, including safety procedures and the maintenance of a clean work area
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent General Educational Development (GED) Certificate
• OSHA 10 Certification (preferably OSHA 30)
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in AC and Refrigeration trade as an HVAC/R Technician in a commercial industrial/government setting
• At least two (2) leadership experience as a Lead or Foreman in the HVAC/R field
• Reliable transportation to work
• Be able to regularly Lift, Carry, Push/Pull up to 75 lbs.
Estimated Salary: $83,040 - $119,311 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
