Join our team as a Regional Sales Director and play a key role in driving growth in our West region ductless mini-split business.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage existing customer relationships and develop new business opportunities
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product and set integrity
• Analyze market conditions and provide feedback to improve sales performance
• Develop and present reports to management to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement
Requirements
• At least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the HVAC industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Highly motivated with a strong desire for advancement
Compensation and Benefits
• Competitive salary range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
