Job Description:
• Performing complex mechanical building design on various projects, including hospitals, laboratories, high-rise residential, and office buildings.
• Providing credit documentation for LEED and other building rating systems.
• Assisting in the preparation of basis-of-design descriptions, responses to client comments, and project-related documentation.
Responsibilities:
• Designing energy-efficient systems that redefine benchmarks for building system design.
• Working independently with minimum supervision and in a highly collaborative team environment.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5-10 years of experience in HVAC system design for commercial, institutional, and healthcare facilities.
Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 per year.
