Residential HVAC Technician - Keep South Florida Comfortable

The Position
In this technician role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC equipment to ensure our customers' homes stay cool and comfortable. This is a true technician position – there is no sales pressure, just the satisfaction of fixing problems and keeping our customers happy.
Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and repair malfunctions in residential AC units (under 6 tons) in both water source and split system applications.
• Perform preventative maintenance checks to ensure optimal system performance.
• Provide excellent customer service, clearly explaining issues and solutions to homeowners.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
• EPA 608 certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Minimum 2 years of experience diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC equipment
• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
