Job Description
As an HVAC Lead Installer with Abraham AC, you will be responsible for leading the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential properties throughout Broward County. Your primary goal will be to ensure all installations meet the highest safety standards and comply with regulations.
You will also be required to communicate effectively with customers, providing clear information and exceptional service. Additionally, you will mentor and supervise junior technicians, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork within the company.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential HVAC installation
• Proven expertise in HVAC systems with strong technical skills
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
