This is a remote position that requires regular travel within the Hollywood, Florida territory, so you must live near Hollywood, Florida.
Job Overview
You will represent one of the leading brands in the HVAC distribution channel for York Factory Direct, promoting the JCI portfolio in the assigned market.
You will be responsible for selling Residential and Commercial HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies to HVAC contractors.
Your goal is to develop partnerships with existing customers to increase share of wallet while recruiting new customers into the York family to boost market share.
Leadership coaching will be a constant aspect of your career.
How You Will Succeed
• Build relationships with existing customers while driving growth year-over-year.
• Discuss all products and programs offered by York Factory Direct to maximize share of wallet.
• Teach and coach customers to utilize program features available to grow their business;
• Prospect and recruit customers who fit the York partnership profile.
• Create custom marketing strategies to help customers grow.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• HVAC industry experience preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years of direct outside sales experience.
• Must be able to use Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com.
• Travel required to each customer within the aligned market.
• Sales acumen and business skills to meet and exceed sales goals.
