Salary Details

Job Position Description
We are looking for a Lead Awning Installer who can lead by example, prioritize safety, and deliver top-notch service to our customers, ensuring they are satisfied with their product.
Main Responsibilities
• Ensure every project adheres to a predetermined plan and timeline
• Prioritize maintaining high-quality work, using proper tools, and keeping a clean workspace
• Boost profitability by streamlining operations, reducing waste, and promoting efficient work processes
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to achieve shared goals
Requirements and Qualifications
• Capacity to handle physically demanding tasks, lift heavy objects, and work in various environmental conditions
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and time-management skills
• Valid Florida driver's license, reliable vehicle, and ability to safely transport heavy loads
• Clean background check and no history of substance abuse
