Responsibilities and Qualifications
As a Quarterly Maintenance Technician at TUDI Mechanical Systems, you will be responsible for performing scheduled maintenance tasks on heating and air conditioning equipment. This will include tasks such as filter changes, coil cleaning, condensate treatment, and more.
You will also be responsible for ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained and functioning within specifications. This will involve regular inspections, troubleshooting, and repair of any issues that arise.
To be successful in this role, you will need a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to lift up to 50lbs. A valid driver's license and flexible availability are also required.
