Commercial HVAC Technician Lead
Trotter Workforce is looking for a seasoned Commercial HVAC Technician Lead to oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with chillers, cooling towers, and rooftop units.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise a team of HVAC technicians.
• Plan and schedule maintenance and repair activities.
• Coordinate with customers and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
Requirements:
• At least 10 years of experience in HVAC service or repair.
• Proven leadership and management skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with HVAC codes and regulations.
Estimated Salary: $45-$50/hour
