Strategic Energy Group is redefining how energy is managed across the U.S. As a Commercial HVAC Technician Lead, you will play a key role in helping our clients enhance facility performance, reduce energy waste, and adopt best practices through Strategic Energy Management (SEM) programs.
In this role, you will lead a team of HVAC technicians to identify energy efficiency opportunities and improve building performance. You will assess facilities, recommend best practices, and conduct energy audits to uncover inefficiencies in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in the commercial and industrial HVAC & Controls industry, a two-year trade school degree or equivalent experience, and demonstrated proficiency with multiple building automation systems. You will also need to be able to work independently and in team environments.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $90,000 - $105,000 annually, depending on experience.
