We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HVAC Service Operations Lead to join our team at GPAC. As a key member of our organization, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing our commercial HVAC service operations.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in commercial HVAC service management, along with a strong understanding of HVAC functions, ductwork modifications, and design. They should also possess excellent leadership skills, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills.
We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including full health insurance, 401k, and paid vacation time.
