The estimated salary for this position is $45.00 per hour, based on experience.
Job Overview
The Senior Plumbing Technician will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining piping systems, fixtures, and appliances for both residential and commercial properties.
• Install and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures for gas, water, and sanitary lines, as well as toilets, sinks, boilers, heat exchangers, values, pumps, water stills, and hot water heaters.
• Identify and diagnose complex plumbing issues, using specialized tools and techniques to resolve problems in a timely manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of plumbing experience, a WA Plumber License (OR Plumber license recommended), and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Property Meld experience.
