Role Description
As an HVAC service tech with Nebraska Heating & Air, Inc., you will play a critical role in ensuring the comfort and safety of our customers' homes and businesses.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Inspecting and testing heating and air conditioning systems to identify any issues or malfunctions
• Repairing and replacing faulty components, such as compressors and fan motors
• Cleaning and maintaining equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
• Providing expert advice and recommendations to customers on how to improve the performance and energy efficiency of their heating and air conditioning systems
Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC service tech
• A strong background in both residential and commercial HVAC systems
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• The ability to work independently or as part of a team
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
