At New Wave Home Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled Lead HVAC Installer to join our team. As the lead installer, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of residential and light commercial HVAC systems, ensuring high-quality workmanship and safety compliance.
About You
We are looking for an experienced professional with 2+ years of experience in residential and light commercial HVAC installation and service. You should have a strong understanding of HVAC construction plans and blueprints, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.
Your Responsibilities
As the Lead HVAC Installer, your key responsibilities will include:
• Overseeing the installation of residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Collaborating with construction teams to interpret and follow new construction plans
• Training and mentoring installation crew members
• Maintaining accurate records of installations
