Salary
The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000, depending on location and experience.
Job Description
This role involves performing advanced system commissioning using Johnson Controls configuration and commissioning tools, troubleshooting and resolving basic HVAC mechanical, electrical, and control problems, responding to basic warranty calls, and completing administrative tasks such as time sheets, expense reports, and on-site documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need 4 years' experience in HVAC, Building Automation Systems, or a related field, demonstrated technical aptitude, basic computer skills, attention to detail, effective communication and listening skills, and the ability to use hand and power tools.
