Key Responsibilities:
As a Territory Sales Representative - HVAC, you will be responsible for selling Johnson Controls' Metasys Controls, Design/Build Mechanical Retrofit offerings, Open Blue digital offerings, and Planned Service Agreements to building owners at the Facility Director, C-suite or VP level.
You will promote the Johnson Controls value proposition by providing business and technical solutions to building owners/end-users and developing new long-term customer relationships/partnerships within assigned opportunities and accounts.
Key performance indicators include achieving assigned revenue targets in annual Prime Retrofit sales within assigned accounts and markets, meeting assigned margin targets, and building partnering relationships with owner representatives responsible for the decision-making process.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of the HVAC industry and proficiency in Microsoft Suite Applications and various reporting tools and systems.
