Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Field Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling Johnson Controls' Metasys Controls, Design/Build Mechanical Retrofit offerings, Open Blue digital offerings, and Planned Service Agreements to building owners at the Facility Director, C-suite or VP level.
As an HVAC Field Sales Representative, you will promote the Johnson Controls value proposition by providing business and technical solutions to building owners/end-users. You will develop new long-term customer relationships/partnerships within assigned opportunities and accounts.
You will partner with area and local market owner sales teams, project development engineers, and project team leaders to convert leads to qualified opportunities and advance each opportunity to a successful close.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the HVAC industry and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will also be proficient in Microsoft Suite Applications and various reporting tools and systems.
