As a key member, you will be responsible for installing and servicing heating and cooling systems for residential customers. To succeed in this role, you should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installations/service, a high school education or equivalent, and a valid driver's license. Additionally, you must be authorized to work in the U.S. and have a good attitude, clean work appearance, and willingness to undergo a background check.
