Key responsibilities include leading and supervising HVAC installation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate completion. The specialist will work closely with project managers, team members, and clients to assess needs and develop installation plans. They will conduct site assessments to determine equipment requirements and system layouts, install HVAC systems, and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
The successful candidate will also provide training and mentorship to junior installers and apprentices, maintain accurate records of installations, and respond to customer inquiries. A strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair, is essential for this role. The ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals is also necessary.
