About the Role

In this role, you will work closely with our service technicians to ensure the quality of our work, troubleshoot and resolve any issues in residential HVAC systems, and provide training and development opportunities for our team members.
We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including a competitive salary of $85,000-$170,000 annually, plus performance-based pay, comprehensive insurance coverage, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
• Experience: At least 3 years of residential HVAC experience
• Certifications: NATE certification preferred, EPA certification required
• Licenses: Valid driver's license is a must
• Skills: Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to solve any residential HVAC issue
