As a sales manager, you will lead strategically, manage and optimize sales processes, grow the department, analyze market trends, build relationships, train and develop team members, collaborate across departments, expand market reach, and identify new market opportunities.
To succeed in this role, you must have 5 years of sales management experience and 3 years of in-home sales experience. Must-haves include sales management, lead generation, customer relationship skills, knowledge of HVAC systems and industry trends, excellent communication and negotiation skills, experience in developing and implementing sales strategies, proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, ability to lead and motivate a sales team, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and a bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field.
