About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic sales environment where you will be responsible for selling HVAC parts and equipment to customers, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, email marketing, and networking events.
• Sell HVAC parts and equipment to customers through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activity to remain competitive in the market.
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time for business meetings and training sessions.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
