Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Johnstone Supply - J Team Group. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales orders, and maintaining the showroom appearance.
Main Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries, process sales orders, and resolve customer complaints.
• Develop strong relationships with customers, provide excellent customer service, and promote products.
• Maintain a clean and organized showroom, restock shelves, and create displays as needed.
Necessary Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent and minimum 2 years of experience in the HVAC/R industry.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in English and Spanish.
Compensation Package:
The estimated salary for this position is $58,000 - $75,000 per year, based on location and experience.
