About the Role
Superior Mechanical Inc is seeking a skilled Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Raleigh. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and installing HVAC equipment and related systems.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in commercial HVAC service, with a strong understanding of EPA Universal protocols and advanced customer service skills. You should be able to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints, as well as make repair and replacement decisions. Additionally, you will be required to manage/lead others and possess a valid driver's license and insurable status.
The salary range for this position is $30-$45 per hour, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes 401K, medical and dental insurance, paid holidays and vacation, hands-on training, online and in-person training, company vehicle, uniform, and annual tool allowance.
