HVAC Installation Trainee Role
We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the role of an HVAC Installation Trainee. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the installation of heating and cooling systems.

Daily Responsibilities
As an HVAC Installation Trainee, you will be responsible for assisting experienced installers and technicians with field installations. Your tasks may include handling tools, cleaning the job site, and performing other essential duties. You will have the opportunity to develop your mechanical, communication, and observation skills, becoming proficient in the installation process.
Requirements
• No prior experience is required
• Mechanical aptitude and interest in learning a skilled trade
• Excellent communication skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Physical ability to perform the requirements of the position

Compensation
The estimated annual salary for this position is between $31,200 and $41,600, based on a 20-hour workweek and $15-$20 per hour wage. Benefits include HRA (Health Reimbursement Account), paid vacation, paid holidays, ongoing training, tool allowance, and opportunities for advancement.
