We are seeking a highly skilled Building Services Technician to join our team at the Apartment Community. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting appliances, and completing work orders efficiently.
This is a great opportunity for a motivated and experienced technician to join our team and take advantage of a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $70,000 per year, based on location and experience.
Responsibilities
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical work, and drywall repair
• Troubleshoot and repair appliances to ensure optimal functionality
• Complete work orders and maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Maintain the appearance and functionality of the apartment community
• Collaborate with property management and other team members to address maintenance needs
Requirements
• At least 1 year of experience in general maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and appliance care
• A set of basic hand tools and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and follow a Monday-Friday schedule
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
