Job Description and Requirements
We are seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Installation Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have industry experience, excellent leadership skills, a valid driver's license, and a good driving record. They must also be able to lift up to 50 lbs and manage their time effectively.
Benefits and Compensation
The estimated annual salary for this role is around $80,000 - $180,000, with a $500 tool allowance, access to a company vehicle and gas card, and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k), paid vacation, paid holidays, ongoing training opportunities, and a health reimbursement account (HRA).
