About the Job:
IntelliPro Group Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Leader to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for handling incoming phone calls and emails, training and mentoring technicians, and providing expert guidance on refrigeration and cooking equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and lead the customer service team.
• Train and mentor technicians to ensure high standards of service and technical proficiency.
• Utilize knowledge in refrigeration and cooking equipment to provide expert guidance and support.
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of experience in the foodservice refrigeration field.
• EPA certification or equivalent licenses.
• Proven leadership and management skills.
• Experience in training and mentoring technicians.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
Compensation:The estimated salary for this position is $90,000-$140,000 per annum, depending on education, work experience, location, job responsibilities, certifications, and other factors. IntelliPro provides a comprehensive benefits package, subject to eligibility.
