As a Sales Lead Generator at ARS-Rescue Rooter, you'll have the opportunity to grow your sales skills and develop a rewarding career. In this role, you'll work closely with our partnered National Big Box Retail Home Improvement Stores to generate leads for free in-home consultations or sell home performance tune-ups.
You'll be responsible for speaking with customers about heating and cooling upgrades, air quality improvements, and energy savings opportunities. You'll also work closely with our industry experts to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including an hourly rate of $19 - $21 per hour PLUS commission pay, which averages out to $21-31/hr after commissions. We're proud to offer a variety of scheduling options, including part-time and full-time opportunities, Thursday through Sunday shifts, and flexible hours.
