Transparent Air, a rapidly growing HVAC company in Frisco, Texas, is looking for a skilled Comfort Systems Installer to join our team.
As a Comfort Systems Installer, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing residential HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will possess a valid HVAC technician license/certification in Texas (TDLR), prior experience in residential HVAC service and repair, excellent customer service and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation Package: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus annual bonuses, paid time off, hands-on training, career growth opportunities, and a company vehicle.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Install, service, and repair residential HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues to provide effective solutions.
• Conduct regular HVAC system maintenance to prevent breakdowns and ensure efficient operation.
• Communicate effectively with customers, explaining repair options and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and recommendations for future maintenance.
