Salary
The salary for this position is competitive and based on experience, with an estimated annual income of $85,000 to $110,000.
Job Description
This role involves performing system commissioning for commercial buildings, including Air/Water Balance, Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) testing, Equipment start-up, and Quality Assurance (QA) testing. Additionally, you will write technical reports at project completion, provide technical support to customers and contractors, and make recommendations for potential service enhancements or modifications to meet the ever-changing needs of the customer base.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have at least 1 year of HVAC experience, proficiency in MS Office, and mechanical experience. NEBB, AABC, TABB & NBC certification is a plus. You should also possess superior customer service skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and a strong work ethic.
