Job Description
As a Home Comfort Specialist with ARS-Rescue Rooter, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve our goal of delivering exceptional service to our customers. You will work directly with customers in their homes, guiding them through the sales process while exploring equipment and finance options.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals. To succeed in this role, you must have a proven track record of success in outside sales, strong sales and customer service skills, and the ability to self-generate sales leads.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work with customers in their homes to understand their comfort needs and provide solutions
• Explore equipment and finance options to meet customer needs
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Requirements:
• 3+ years of outside sales experience
• Proven track record of success in sales and customer service
• Able to self-generate sales leads
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• HVAC experience a plus
