Job Title: HVAC Field Service Technician
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled HVAC Field Service Technician to join our team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing system commissioning for commercial buildings, providing technical support to customers and contractors, and making recommendations for potential service enhancements or modifications.
Responsibilities:
• Perform system commissioning for commercial buildings, including air/water balance, indoor air quality testing, equipment start-up, and quality assurance testing.
• Write technical reports at project completion for submission to customers.
• Provide technical support to customers and contractors to resolve issues rapidly and thoroughly.
• Make recommendations for potential service enhancements or modifications to meet the ever-changing needs of the customer base.
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you must have at least 1 year of HVAC experience, proficiency in MS Office, and mechanical experience. NEBB, AABC, TABB & NBC certification is a plus. Other essential skills include superior customer service skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and a strong work ethic.
