We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Equipment Service Expert to join our team at TAG Refrigeration. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing complex HVAC systems in commercial and industrial settings.
In this role, you will work closely with our management team to provide excellent customer service, meet performance targets, and stay up-to-date with industry developments. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through ongoing training and professional development programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of HVAC systems and their components
• Inspection and testing of plumbing, electrical, and refrigeration systems
• Preventative maintenance and repairs
• Collaboration with management and other teams to ensure efficient operations
• Recommendations for equipment upgrades or replacements
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need 2+ years of relevant experience in HVAC/R, good communication skills, and ability to lift heavy equipment (up to 50 pounds). A Universal EPA License, Electrical License, or related education/certification is highly desirable.
Compensation and Benefits:
The annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience. We also offer full benefits, including paid holiday/sick/vacation time, health insurance, and retirement plan matching.
