Key Responsibilities and Qualifications
You will listen to customer needs and evaluate their current HVAC system to determine the best solution for continued comfort. Your responsibilities will include providing service, maintenance, and repair on residential HVAC equipment, consulting customers on repair vs replacement, and participating in company-paid training.
To be successful in this role, you will need a valid driver's license, an insurable driving record, 2-5 years of HVAC experience, EPA certification (highly preferred), and Nate certifications or a path to complete them.
