Competitive Compensation and Benefits
Our competitive pay ranges from $25.00 to $32.00 per hour, accompanied by spiffs and bonus earnings. We also offer medical insurance, dental insurance, vision, 3 weeks of PTO, 7 paid holidays, and no on-call rotation.
In addition, we provide a 401K plan with a 4% match, a company-supplied vehicle, new technology including iPad access, and state-of-the-art tools and supplies. You will also receive tool and boot allowances, as well as paid training with Nexstar and manufacturers.
